Four weeks is a long time to spend away from my husband and home. However, it was wonderful to see my parents, siblings, cousins, and friends and share in some great experiences. Some of these great adventures included
watching the partial eclipse of the sun in our awesome neon glasses,
and doing an antique show for Heritage Days in Spring City. It is in the old school building and is lots of fun.
Aaron was able to flight out for several days for my cousin’s wedding. She got married in the Jordan River Temple. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful, and the sealer (LDS leader who performed the marriage) was an old family friend of the groom’s. He was the funniest old man and stuttered a lot. He did make some wonderful promised, like even if your kids all are hippies and do drugs like his wife’s family, as long as you are faithfully as a couple and keep your marriage promises, all of your kids will be saved and be together after death. I sadly did not get many pictures of the day, but I was able to get some of the temple, including them coming out as a newly married couple, and one with my mom and sister.
